About Cape Coral Real Estate

Since the city has so many intracoastal waterways, many of the homes for sale on Cape Coral have waterfront locations. When you live in Florida, there's no better spot to live than on the water!

Some of these homes have highly desirable features, like swimming pools and private docks where you can store your boat. You can expect many of these homes to have impressive outdoor entertainment areas where you can host barbecues on lazy summer evenings.

If you're looking to sell your home, we can help with that, too. Royal Shell has been in business since 1996 and we can also help manage your home as an investment property. Cape Coral is a great place to purchase a vacation rental home and our agents can also help with that as well. Let us know what you're looking for. We're happy to help!

Cape Coral City Living

Most people love Cape Coral because it captures a small town feel while still providing big city amenities. Cape Coral is truly the best of both worlds. It's close to popular vacation destinations, like Naples, Sanibel, and Captiva Island. It's perfect for both retirees and couples looking to raise a family.

It boasts more canals than anywhere else in the world. Most of them will take you to the Caloosahatchee River, Gulf of Mexico, and Matlacha Pass. It's also a great place to settle down if you enjoy boating, fishing or other water activities.

There are two bridges between Cape Coral and Fort Myers, but the city has everything you could need. There are schools, grocery stores, banks, convenience stores, delicious restaurants, and popular nightlife locations.

The kids will love Sun Splash Family Waterpark, and when they get older there are two nearby colleges for them to attend. Florida SouthWestern State College is just off the Cape Coral Bridge and Florida Gulf Coast University is about 30-minutes away.
